Documents and information to be collected to fill out the form:
  • Deed of purchase of the apartment
  • Loan offer accepted if financed by an agreed loan (e.g. NOT: titleContent or if PTZ: titleContent)
  • Sales Plans
  • Condominium by-law and descriptive division statement
  • Date of completion of the work (it is indicated on the call for funds of the last part of the price to be paid in a Vefa: titleContent before delivery)
  • Total area of the rooms making up the housing, including integrated corridors and cupboards, private terraces
Supporting documents to be attached to the form in case of financing by a State-aided loan (e.g. in case of SAP or PTZ):
  • Certificate issued by the credit institution
  • Certificate drawn up by the authority responsible for the equipment, establishing compliance with the environmental quality criteria for the construction
