Registered company declaration (DSN)

The NSD replaces a very large number of declarations. It allows the employer to pay his social contributions and communicate to social organizations (Urssaf, MSA: titleContentFrance, Labor, CPAM: titleContentinformation ...) necessary for the social protection of its employees.

The NSN must be submitted once a month, online at net-companies.fr.

This is the "Periodic DSN".

The date of transmission the NSN varies depending on the size of the company:

  • Less than 50 employees : the DSN must be performed no later than the 15th of the month which follows the period of paid work.
  • 50 or more employees : the DSN must be performed no later than the 5th of the month which follows the period of paid work.

Please note

The DSN is supplemented by reports of events (sick leave, accident at work, termination of contract). The "DSN event reporting" must be sent within 5 days of the event.
