Pre-employment declaration (DPAE) on the Net-companies website
The SPAD replaced the Single Declaration of Hiring (SOE).
It makes it possible to carry out the mandatory formalities with the Urssaf in a single process:
- Declaration of 1re hiring in an establishment
- Registration of the employer in the general social security scheme and in the unemployment insurance scheme, in case of hiring a 1er employee
- Application for registration of the employee at the CPAM: titleContent (where the latter already has a social security number)
- Employer's membership in an occupational health service
- Request for medical examination of hiring of the employee, for the compulsory medical examination
- Pre-establishment of the annual social data declaration (DADS)
Free access after authentication of the Siret number.
Replaces the old form for the declaration of registration of a worker (cerfa n°12044) which is no longer in force.
