The advertising distribution in mailboxes and on cars is framed. We detail the prohibitions and the sanctions associated.

He is forbidden distribute unaddressed advertisements (which do not bear the name or address of the person receiving them) in mailboxes marked with an indication of a refusal to receive advertisements. This applies to individual and company mailboxes, at their home or head office.

Refusal to receive advertisements may be indicated by a label stating, for example: " Stop pub », « No ads », etc.

Failure to comply with this prohibition exposes the company to legal action.

Failure to comply with a statement indicating the refusal to receive unaddressed advertisements is punishable byfine for contraventions of section 5e class. This fine is €1,500 (natural persons) or €7,500 (legal persons).

The distribution in mailboxes of unsolicited gifts (not requested by the person receiving them) intended to promote the business to consumers is forbidden. This applies to all gifts. For example: pens, product samples, etc.

Failure to comply with this prohibition exposes the company to legal action.

The deposit of commercial advertising material on vehicles is forbidden.
