The teleprocedure involves a process: the number and nature of the questions evolve according to the answers provided.

It is not necessary to create an identifier to perform this procedure.

In the event that project leaders wish to create a draft, they will be asked to enter an email address and a password to receive a link that will allow them to resume the process where they have stopped. The link is kept when updating the approach.
