Since 1er In January 2025, economic activity tribunals (EATs) were set up in certain territories to deal with amicable or collective proceedings regardless of the activity carried out.

This simulator makes it possible to know the competent court.

The Economic Activities Court (EAT) has jurisdiction over the following proceedings:

  • Mutual agreement procedure (ad hoc mandate and conciliation) and agricultural settlement
  • Backup procedure
  • Judicial reorganization procedure
  • Judicial winding-up procedure
  • Actions and disputes relating to commercial leases arising from the collective procedure and having sufficient links with it
