Check if the tax on vacant housing (TLV) applies to your municipality

This simulator allows you to check if your municipality is in a tight zone for the following taxes:

  • Annual vacancy tax (VLT)
  • Increase in the housing tax on second homes (or other furnished premises not allocated to the main dwelling)

If your municipality is located in tense area, your accommodation is subject to tax on vacant housing.

It is also subject to the increase in the housing tax on secondary residences, only in the event of deliberation by the municipality or theEPCI: titleContent.

FYI  

If your municipality is not subject to VAT, your home may be subject to the Housing Tax on Vacant Homes (THLV).
