Pre-employment declaration (DPAE) for an agricultural employee

The DPAE must be sent to the MSA, at the earliest 8 days before the hiring (and before the actual putting to work of the employee), unless devices are used to simplify the hiring formalities of small companies.
The DPAE allows the following formalities to be carried out in a single procedure: application for registration of the employer to social security in case of 1re hiring an employee, creating or acquiring a company employing employees, applying for affiliation to the unemployment insurance scheme, applying for membership in an occupational medical service, and applying for the hiring medical examination.
Replaces the single declaration of employment (DUE), cerfa n°10854 is therefore no longer in force.
