Declare a work stoppage and request a bad weather refund
Compensation scheme for employees, construction and public works professionals, in the event of work stoppage caused by bad weather
Since 1er In January 2026, reports of work stoppage and weather-related reimbursement claims are made directly to the Caisse Congé Intempéries BTP to which the company is affiliated, by connecting to the CIBTP secure area.
Consult the section unemployment bad weather of the CIBTP cash register which the company is responsible for declaring or consulting a bad weather judgment.
The ISCO shall make available a instructions for use to consult the declarations of bad weather stops and declare a new bad weather stop.
Please note
This formality could be carried out on the Net-Intempéries portal until 31 December 2025.
