Pre-employment declaration (DPAE) for a full-time fixed-term contract (CDD) agricultural employee

The DPAE must be sent to the MSA, at the earliest 8 days before the hiring (and before the actual putting to work of the employee), unless devices are used to simplify the hiring formalities of small companies.
Replaces the single declaration of employment (DUE), cerfa n°12556 is therefore no longer in force.
