How to file a deed without a form?

The filing of an isolated document allows a company (business or individual business) to transmit one document, without filling in a form for incorporation, amendment or dissolution, directly to the competent register (RCS: titleContent) or RNE: titleContent).

Deed filing is used when the company must bring to the attention of an act already existing, without changing its information saved on the proof of registration (extract Kbis or RNE extract).

To be valid, the document filed must be certified compliant by the legal representative or by any authorized person.

The document may also be filed at the same time as a main formality (formality of constitution, modification or cancelation of business). However, this is no longer an isolated deposit, but a deposit attached to the company formality.

Please note

Certain natural persons associated with the business, including indefinitely liable officers and partners (SNC and civil businesses partners), may request that their personal address be hidden in publicly available documents filed at RCS: titleContent or at RNE: titleContent.

Since May 5, 2026, businesses may also limit in advance the personal information contained in the documents filed in RCS: titleContent by filing an extract of their instruments of incorporation or amendment rather than a full copy.
