Since March 5, 2026, it is possible to file an AIOT modification file (Activities, Facilities, Works, Works that bring together the ICPE and the IOTA) via remote transmission.

This new remote procedure known as “MAIOT” allows:

  • better orient the files submitted;
  • to receive an acknowledgement of receipt automatically after the filing of the file.

However, confidential documents must not be transmitted via this online service. They must be submitted directly to the instructor service in a separate paper form.

In addition, it is not possible to modify a teleprocedure being examined.

One Frequently Asked Questions is available for further information.

Reminder

ICPEs are installations that may present hazards (explosions, fires, etc.) or disadvantages (noise, odors, etc.) for the environment.

Examples of ICPEs are:

  • service stations;
  • laundry facilities;
  • chemical plants;
  • car garages...
