Review of commercial and professional leases: indices in the third quarter of 2025

Commercial and professional lease benchmarks such as the Commercial Rent Index (CLI), the Cost of Construction Index (CCI) and the Service Rent Index (SLI) have been revised.

Published on December 16, 2025 by the National Institute of Statistics and Economic Studies (INSEE), new indices for commercial and professional leases were calculated for the second quarter of 2025:

  • Commercial Rent Index: 137.09 (vs. 136.81 in the second quarter of 2025);
  • Construction Cost Index: 2056 (vs. 2086 in the second quarter of 2025);
  • Rent index of tertiary activities: 137.07 (vs. 137.15 in the second quarter of 2025).
