For its third candle, the Entreprendre.service-public.fr website was able to celebrate record satisfaction rates in the 2024 barometer (1).

84% of users are satisfied with their experience on the site

The share of satisfied people increased by 7 points to 84.1% and even by more than 15 points among very satisfied people (49.1%). More than ever, the indicators are also green in terms of confidence (88.1%, +7.2 points), assessment of the clarity of information (82.8%, +9 points) and ease of finding information (91.5%, or +3.6 points). As for the “recommendation” indicators, the NPS (Net Promoter Score) has never been higher (35.4 or +234%), as has the site promoter rate (56.2% or +14.6 points).

78% of users seek legal and administrative information

Nearly 7 in 10 respondents connect at least once a month, and even 1 in 4 connect at least once a week. There are many reasons to connect, but nearly 8 out of 10 cite the search for information, and nearly 4 out of 10 the need to complete an online process or find a document template or administrative form.

To note, increasing: nearly 1 in 4 also cite the need to follow the news of the company world and the search for coordinates.

42.6% of micro-companies and VSEs

The profiles and types of companies who visit the site are varied, but trends emerge. Thus, the founders are the most numerous (26% alone), men too (53%), people aged 50 or over also (nearly 66%) and graduates of higher education (64%), even if the share of “low graduates” (baccalaureate or infra baccalaureate) increases this year.

In terms of size, micro-companies and VSEs make up 42.6% of respondents, SMEs 11%, large companies around 5% and midcaps 4%. It should be noted that 39.5% of the companies represented were set up less than 5 years ago and nearly 20% were in the process of being set up at the time of the survey.

Finally, 63.5% say they have already used the site for their company (whether they are the founders, managers or employees), 36% to inform a relative and 20.5% say they use it to inform a user in a professional context.
