Accessibility: fully compliant

Verified 03 December 2025 - Public Service / Directorate of Legal and Administrative Information (Prime Minister)

The following information relates to the accessibility statement made on 22 September 2025 on the basis of the content available on that date.

An accessible website is a website that allows all internet users to access its contents without difficulty, including people with disabilities who use specialized software or hardware.

For example, an accessible site can:

  • Navigate with speech syntheses or Braille tracks (especially used by blind or visually impaired users).
  • Customize the display of the site according to its needs (magnification of characters, modification of colors, etc.).
  • Navigate without using the mouse, with the keyboard only or via a touch screen.

The Directorate of Legal and Administrative Information (DILA) pays particular attention to the quality of realization of its websites. For several years now, it has been engaged in an approach aimed at complying with the RGAA (General Accessibility Reference Framework for Administrations). The DILA also places great importance on user experience and ergonomics.

In order to obtain the best possible result, accessibility is taken into account by all the teams involved in the development of the site. Our teams are trained in accessibility. They are supported for auditing, arbitrations and verification of corrections throughout the design and development phases.

In addition, we take a resolutely pragmatic approach to accessibility. The choices made and the elements put in place also take into account the user experience.

The Legal and Administrative Information Department undertakes to make its websites, intranet, extranet and mobile application accessible, in accordance with Article 47 of Law No. 2005-102 of 11 February 2005.

This accessibility statement applies to the Service Public Entreprendre website. It was carried out on 22/09/2025, on the basis of the contents available on that date.
