This form must be submitted by 1er February 2026:

  • the personal income tax department (SIP) on which the owner's principal residence depends (or one of the holders of rights in rem when the right of ownership is dismembered)
  • at the SIP of the principal residence of the reporting undivided shareholder, where the property is held in undivided status
  • the SIP of the principal residence of the reporting partner, where the property is held by a real estate civil business (SCI).
