Declare non-compliance or invoke an exemption from digital accessibility obligations

This approach is intended for economic operators (manufacturer, importer, distributor, service provider) subject to accessibility obligations wishing to:

  • Either declare a non-conformity of the product and/or service they provide
  • Either invoke an exemption from accessibility obligations for significant modification of the product or service or for disproportionate burden

Please note

All operators (service providers such as manufacturers, importers or distributors of products) with a turnover or balance sheet equal to or less than EUR 2 million and employing less than 10 employees are exempted from carrying out this information, unless specifically requested by the investigation services.
