Apply for a certificate of compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) for cosmetic products
An establishment manufacturing and packaging cosmetic products wishing to export to a third State (excluding and non-parties to the Agreement on Cosmetic Products () may apply for a certificate attesting that it complies with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) for cosmetic products.
Where an establishment subcontracts the manufacture and/or packaging of products intended for export, the request shall be initiated by the establishment which manufactures and/or packages those products.
This certificate is valid for 3 years.
