It has become a marker of commercial devitalization and a sense of downgrading for residents and traders.

This simulator is oriented towards adapted solutions to each commercial situation to revitalize the attractiveness of a local or a shopping street.

The creation of the Simulator « Diagnosing my commercial vacancy » is part of the deployment of the priority measures of the Raise the Curtain report announced by Minister Serge Papin in November 2025.
