Please note

Second-hand goods may be subject to of a batchand thus be able to make a common description and establish a common serial number.

Where the reseller of second-hand goods is aware that the object has been the subject of a measure to protect the movable object, this information must be included in the register.

The information shall indicate the decision protection of the measure for the protection of cultural property and the date.

The measure may be decided under:

  • National treasures 
  • Historical private archives
  • Historic monuments
