This is an electronic version of the Dume, an "E-Dume" generated by the European Commission website. The Dume allows companies applying for a public contract to formalize the sworn statement by which the operator states that he is not in one of the cases of exclusion from the award procedure and to present the capacities required for the performance of the public contract.
