Excise declaration on electricity, natural gas and coal (Form 16194*05)

Declaration No 2040-TIC-SD allows the following taxes to be declared to the DGFiP:

  • Excise duty on electricity (TICFE)
  • Excise duty on natural gas (TICGN)
  • Excise duty on coal: coal, lignite and coke (TICC)

This declaration must be lodged at company level (SIREN) by ICT providers (energy suppliers and/or consumers liable):

  • or no later than the 25th day of the calendar month or quarter following the chargeability of the tax
  • or by 31 January N+1 in the case of annual deposit.

Please note

This declaration n° 2040-TIC-SD must be filed in dematerialized format and the payment made by remote payment.
