"Exit tax" declaration (simplified follow-up of taxation) (Form 15901*08)

The form n° 2074-ETSL allows a lighter follow-up of the taxation Exit Tax in suspension of payment established in case of transfer of the tax domicile outside France.

Thus, Declaration No. 2074-ETSL concerns only the following situation:

• you benefit from the suspension of full payment of right or option
• you have not carried out any event that ends the suspension of payment or results in a rebate during the year in respect of which you are following up.
