• Allocations for depreciation of R&D assets and for the design of prototypes or pilot installations of new products
• Claims of insurance and reimbursements received in respect of an accident involving eligible fixed assets (if any)

Human resources for R&D and prototyping or pilot installations

• Monthly pay slips for researchers and research technicians and staff directly and exclusively assigned to the execution of prototype design operations or pilot installations of new products
• Justification(s) for additional bonuses or remuneration for employees making an invention resulting from R&D operations (if applicable)

Outsourced research / research collaborations

• Extensive invoice(s) from outsourcing providers (dependent or independent)
• Invoice(s) from a collaboration contract with a Research and Knowledge Dissemination Organization - ORDC (accredited public or private research organization)

Grants and public aid

• Details of public grants received (Bpifrance, region, European Union, etc.)
• Amount of aid received specifically for R&D, standardization, prototyping or pilot plant design

Standardization

• Proof of expenditure incurred in connection with employee participation in official standardization meetings (expense reports, etc.)
• Proof of expenditure of the manager or agent for these meetings

Patent, design and design filing; prototype design (external); consultancy services

• Patent, design and design application invoice(s)
• Maintenance and defense costs of patents, designs and plant variety certificates relating to the design of prototypes or pilot installations of new products
• Invoice(s) for prototype design with approved engineering businesses or design offices
• Invoice(s) for consultancy services for granting the benefit of the CIR or the CII
