It is still possible to use the Cerfa 10782*06 form to make the declaration of activity of a training organization (TO).
It must be sent by post to the Dreets department in charge of the controls of the training organizations.
To know the list of supporting documents à attach to the declaration, the registrant may either consult the linked leaflet or refer to the information sheet ‘ Declaration of activity of trainers or training organizations ’, in the part entitled ‘ Declaration of activity ».
