The DC2 form is a template declaration that can be used by public procurement candidates (contracts or framework agreements) in support of their application (DC1 form).

In addition to the application letter (form DC1), the individual applicant or each member of the consortium may submit, as an annex to the DC2, the elements requested by the buyer in the notice of invitation to tender or in the invitation to confirm interest, or in the absence of such notice or invitation, in the consultation documents.

The model document shall be accompanied by an explanatory note.
