Document provided by the employer to the employee informing him of the conditions of the reclassification leave
Reclassification leave is offered to any employee whose dismissal for economic reasons is envisaged in a company, establishment or group of undertakings 1,000 or more employees.
The employer shall inform employees of the conditions of the redeployment leave in a document submitted during the prior interview or, where the interview is not compulsory, after the last meeting of the ESC.
He may also attach this document to the termination letter.
