Simplified Device for Replacement Physicians (RSPM)
This system allows you to declare your activity, your fees and pay your social contributions directly from your personal online space. The Urssaf thus becomes your sole interlocutor.
Once your personal space has been created, you can report your activity only once before your first replacement.
You can choose whether you want to declare your fees at the end of each month or quarter (you cannot change the frequency during the year).
When the declaration of replacement fees has been entered every month or quarter in the personal area and the amount of contributions paid, no further action is required. A declaration is not required when no replacement has been made during the month or quarter.
