Citizens' telemedicine (appeal to the administrative judge)
Citizen Removal for individuals not represented by a lawyer.
It allows:
- exchange with administrative courts, administrative courts of appeal and the Council of State in a secure and dematerialized manner
- and to monitor the progress of its file.
Please note
Citizen Removal is not mandatory. It is always possible to file an appeal by traveling to the reception of the court or by mail, preferably by registered mail with acknowledgement of receipt.
