• Copy of the letter, email, receipt or a dated acknowledgement of receipt notifying the text to all representative organizations at the end of the signature procedure
• Version of the agreement to be published or the act by which the parties agree that a part of the agreement shall not be published
• For agreements subject to staff consultation, copy of the minutes of the referendum result
• List and address of establishments with separate locations, if applicable
