Declaration of entry and exit of vineyard parcels - declaration of structural change (DMS)

Any entry of vineyard parcels into the parcel of an operator shall be declared to the services of the Directorate-General for Customs and Indirect Duties not later than one month after taking the parcels (purchase, leasing, commodat, SAFER agreement, etc.).

This reporting obligation, which rests on the lessee, is attested by any document having certain date to establish this amendment.

  • The declaration of entry of parcels is done online via the PARCEL online service which replaces the Cerfa form of the structural change declaration No 12064.
  • The exit of plots without buyer must still be done via Cerfa form n°12064.
