Referring the companies mediator
The companies Ombudsman offers all economic players a free, fast and confidential dispute settlement system.
The companies Ombudsman referral form includes 6 parts to fill in:
- the referral framework (public or non-public order / individual or collective approach)
- information about your business / organization
- information about the company or organization with which you are experiencing difficulties
- the subject of your dispute
- the possibility of attaching documents that you deem useful to bring to the attention of the mediator (Word files, PDF, etc.)
Please note
After completing all the steps, the file must be definitively validated by checking the box relating to confidentiality. A confirmation of the registration of the application is then sent by email.
