Review of the implementation of the sustainable management document (Form 14350*03)

The assessment of the implementation of the sustainable management document must be provided by forest owners who have benefited from a partial exemption from transfer duties free of charge (donation or succession) or in respect of solidarity tax on capital (ISF), concerning land in kind of timber and forests.
The balance sheet must be sent every 10 years from the exemption (with a tolerance of 6 months) to the departmental management of the territories and the sea concerned (DDTM).
