Declaration of payments for a rental contract for advertising space

This form makes it possible to make the mandatory declaration for any payment in execution of a contract for the rental of private premises, on a built or unbuilt building, for the purpose of affixing advertising or settling a pre-sign.
This declaration must be subscribed in a single copy at the latest before 1 March the year following that in which the advertisement was paid by the lessor.
It shall be sent to the departmental or, where appropriate, regional public finance directorate of the declarant’s domicile or principal place of business.
