  7. Send a copy of the form without supporting documents to each of the other departments concerned by the clearing

Who shall I contact

Information to prepare
  • Identity of the authorization beneficiary
  • Number SIRET or PACAGE number
  • Mandate authorizing the agent to file the application for the beneficiaries in undivided and the natural persons if necessary
  • Act authorizing the qualified representative of the legal person (outside the community) to submit the application (Board of Directors deliberation, Kbis extract of less than 6 months,...) old
  • Deliberation of the deliberative assembly authorizing its representative to file the application for the communities
  • Indication of the area to be cleared per cadastral parcel and the total of these areas
Documents to attach

The documents to be attached to an application for land clearance are:

  • Situation Plan (card extract at 1/25 000e or 1:50,000e) locating the land to be cleared and the nearest municipality
  • Extract(s) of the leaves of cadastral plan containing the parcels concerned and specifying the area to be cleared for the purposes of the project (anything that will change purpose temporarily or eventually - work areas, access, parking, networks, whole building lot for urban development projects...))
  • Certificate of ownership (property statement of less than 6 months issued by the property tax authorities or up-to-date notarial deed)
  • Estimated schedule of land clearing works for quarry operators 1e

Et après ?

In the general case, the investigation period is 2 months from receipt of the complete file.

Where the prefect considers that recognition of the wooded state and the situation of the woods is necessary, the time limit for investigation shall be 4 months from receipt of the complete file.

Neither the deposit, nor the receipt, nor the acknowledgement of receipt of the file shall constitute authorization.
