This online service cannot not be used if the conventional rupture concerns a protected employee. The form cerfa no. 14599 should be used in this case.

  • Of procedural time limits are to be respected. The parties have a deadline of 15 calendar days to reconsider their decision (withdrawal period), then the administration has a period of 15 working days to certify the rupture.

Comment faire ?

  1. Identify yourself or create one account
  2. Fill in the information requested
  3. Print the form in 3 copies
  4. Sign the forms
  5. Respect procedural time limits
  6. Transmit the request to the Dreets: titleContent
  7. Wait the approval of the rupture

  • Information on theemployer (number SIRET, address in particular)
  • Information on the employee (surname, first name, date of birth, address in particular)
  • Information on theemployment, the qualification, the career and the remuneration of the employee (amount of wages for the last 12 months)
  • Information relating to the collective agreement applicable to the employee: collective agreement identification number (IDCC) consisting of 4 digits or his name,
  • Information on the rupture (amount of severance pay, date of maintenance, date of termination, etc.)
