  • CalendrierSome procedural time limits are to be respected. The parties have a deadline of 15 calendar days to reconsider their decision (withdrawal period), then the administration has a deadline of 15 working days to certify the rupture.

  • Information relating to the rupture (amount of severance pay, date of maintenance, date of termination, etc.)
