Application for certification for activities in the context of continuing vocational training (Form 10219*22)

Bodies governed by private law, natural and legal persons, which carry out continuing vocational training operations, may be exempt from VAT in respect of those operations.

They must obtain a certificate from the administrative authority to carry out this activity.

The first 3 copies must be sent by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt to the Regional Directorate for companies, Competition, Consumer Affairs, Labor and Employment (DIRECCTE). The 4^e copy shall be kept by the training organization.
