Request mediation from the Ombudsman of the Economic and Financial Ministries

The mediator of the economic and financial ministries is competent to help you resolve your disputes, in particular with the tax administration or customs.

Warning  

Before contacting the mediator, you must first have made a 1re approach to the department concerned and not have obtained satisfaction.

To complete the process, you must authenticate yourself in one of the following ways:

  • Account FranceConnect
  • Account demarche.numerique.gouv.fr.

Your application must include the following:

  • Description of your problem
  • References of the service concerned
  • Your contact details
  • Copy of exchanges with the administration concerned, if any.

The mediator examines your file and makes a recommendation to the service concerned.
