Application for termination of the option for calculating social contributions on an annual basis of professional income (Form 12481*03)

Allows the calculation of social contributions and contributions (CSG, CRDS) to be requested on a triennial basis (average of professional income for years N-3, N-2, N-1), instead of annually.

Does not cover insurance contributions against accidents at work and occupational diseases, which remain fixed. For rural craftsmen, only the contribution of family benefits is concerned.

The denunciation shall apply to all self-employed activities (including non-agricultural self-employed activities).

To be sent to the MSA before 30 November, for an effective date of 1er January of the following year.
