Declare intra-EU trade in goods (DEBWEB2, ex DEB)

This online service allows customs formalities concerning VAT in the case of intra-Community trade in goods: the VAT recapitulative statement and the response to the monthly statistical survey on intra-EU trade in goods (EMEBI).

Comment faire ?

  1. Create/connect to their personal account on the portal douane.gouv.fr.
  2. Reply to the monthly statistical survey on intra-EU trade in goods (EMEBI). This is the case when the customs service has sent the company a letter-notice informing it of this obligation.
  3. Enter Online the VAT summary report : document completed and transmitted monthly to the customs service when, in the course of a month, a company has carried out intra-Community trade.
