Comment faire ?

The approach is different depending on whether the employer is private law or public law:

Private law
  1. Download the form
  2. The complete
  3. Prepare the supporting documents (relating to the information contained in the cerfa, training convention in particular)
  4. Forward the file to theOpco: titleContent on which the company depends (at the latest within 5 working days which follow the start of the apprenticeship contract)
  5. Wait for the answer Opco on the assumption of the contract

The file can be sent to Opco by electronic means.

Public law
  1. Sign in or create an account on the platform for the dematerialization of public service apprenticeship contracts
  2. Fill in information requested
  3. Create a new contract
  4. Sign and have signed the contract
  5. Add supporting documents (relating to the information contained in the cerfa, training convention in particular)
  6. Forward the file to the DDETS: titleContent or to the DDETSPP: titleContent (at the latest within 5 working days which follow the start of the apprenticeship contract)
  7. Wait for the answer of the DDETS or DDETSPP

  • Information on the employer (Siret number in particular)
  • Information on the apprentice (civil status in particular)
  • Information about the employment contract (working hours, hours in particular)
  • Training Convention or pedagogical and financial certificate (in the case of a company CFA (internal service))
  • Agreement on the organization of duration if necessary
  • European or international mobility agreement, if a mobility is provided for in the initial training agreement

For employers of public law, one procedure is available to connect to the learning contract dematerialization platform.

The regulations are different depending on whether the employer is private law or public law :

Private law

No response within a period of 20 days, the request is denied.

Public law

No response within a period of 20 days, the request is accepted.
