Fill the declaration indicating the donation received and any previous donations
Print the declaration in double copy
Sign the 2 copies of the declaration
Address or deposit the declaration in duplicate at service responsible for registration on which depends the domicile of the recipient of the donation.

Who shall I contact

Tax department in charge of registration

The declaration must be made even if the donation is exempt from tax.

The payment of donation fees shall be made, if necessary, at the same time as the declaration.

The manual donation you have received is known to the tax authorities following your response to a request from them or following a tax inspection procedure.

You must declare the donation no later than one month after the disclosure to the tax authorities.
