The employer who wishes to request a payment period must meet the following two conditions:

• He must have made his social statements (i.e. having transmitted its DSN: titleContent)
• He must have paid the full wage share social security contributions.

The employer must include the following information in its request for payment terms:

• Background to the request : other debts, existence of a clearance plan ongoing, etc.
• Origin and nature of the difficulties encountered to pay his contributions
• Actions implemented to restore the situation
• Estimated time required for to restore his situation and desired duration of the schedule
• Other documents that could be useful for the examination of the application.

The processing time of the application varies according to the method of transmission chosen by the employer:

The payment period is automatically granted if the employer meets all the criteria of the automated payment delay. The employer will have direct access to the heading ‘payment’ to implement the remote payment of deadlines.

However, if it does not meet all the criteria, the ‘payment’ will not be displayed. The employer will then have to validate his request for payment delay by pressing the button ‘consignment’ so that it can be reviewed by an account manager. Once the request has been validated by the manager, it is possible to validate the online payment of the deadline, respecting the schedule of the granted schedule.

Once the payment deadline has been accepted, the employer receives a proposal for a schedule. If the agreement does not suit him, he has the possibility to request that the amount of the maturities and the duration of the schedule be renegotiated.
