Any employer can benefit from financial aid in case of hiring a disabled employee. Except for an apprentice, the employer must apply to theAgefiph recognition of the burden of disability.
Objective
The aim of this aid is to compensate for the significant additional costs associated with adapting a job for a disabled employee.
It can be perceived only after the optimal layout of the workstation.
Who can benefit from it?
This assistance may be granted to any employer who hires a disabled employee and to any self-employed disabled worker.
How to benefit from it?
The employer must prove the significant amount of the additional costs. The expenses must be related to the adaptation of the workstation. The employer must detail the nature and amount of the expenses.
How to make the request?
You can apply online or mail the application to theAgefiph: titleContent of your region.
Application for recognition of disability heaviness (RLH)
How much?
Two annual amounts of aid are possible.
One corresponds to a “normal” rate of disability heaviness, the other to an increased rate:
- Normal: 6,611.00
- Increased: 13,161.90
These amounts correspond to a full time. In case of part-time, they are proratized depending on the time worked.
Payment
The aid is paid quarterly. The employer must provide proof of the hours actually worked during the quarter.
It is granted for a period of 3 years, renewable.
The aid cannot be combined with other aid paid by the State to companies adapted (to the disability).

Objective
The purpose of the aid is to facilitate the hiring of a disabled worker or his professional development.
It finances part of the expenses related to:
- the reception and integration of the newly recruited disabled person
- or support on a new position. This is then a matter of professional development or mobility of the disabled employee.
Example :
The expenses may be linked to training to raise awareness of disability for company employees, or to the implementation of personalized supervision for disabled workers.
Who can benefit from it?
Any employer of a disabled person on a permanent or fixed-term contract 6 months minimum.
The aid is granted if the employer proves the expenditure related to the measures actually implemented.
How much is it?
Its maximum amount is €3,150.
How to benefit from it?
The request can be made either to France Travail (formerly Pôle emploi), or to an advisor of Cap emploi, or directly to theAgefiph: titleContent.
The form must be completed and sent online to theAgefiph: titleContent.
The aid may be cumulated with other aid from theAgefiph: titleContent and with State or regional aid for employment and professional integration.
It can be renewed for the same employee in the same company as part of a professional development or mobility.

Objective
This aid is granted to finance the technical, human or organizational means to adapt a position to a disability.
Example :
Layout, specific software, tutoring, interpreting or transcription into Braille
Who can benefit from it?
Any employer of an employee with a disability for whom occupational medicine certifies that the disability, its aggravation or a change in the working environment lead to effects on the ability to occupy the job or requires specific preventive measures.

How much is it?
The amount of aid is assessed on the basis of each situation. It is used to compensate only for disability. Expenditure on investments unrelated to disability compensation is excluded.
How to benefit from it?
The application file must contain the medical opinion acknowledging the aggravation of the disability.
The employer must complete a completed and signed form to be sent to the Agency.
Request for assistance from the Agefiph
The aid is one-off. For it to be sustainable, the company must carry out a process of recognition of the burden of disability (RLH).
Application for recognition of disability heaviness (RLH)
The aid may be renewed in the following cases:
- Worsening of disability
- Evolution of the working situation
- Obsolescence linked to technological change
- Wear and tear of equipment resulting in additional costs for the employer

Objective
This aid covers the costs of studying ways of keeping a disabled worker employed.
It allows employers to spend extra time in order to find a solution to keep an employee employed.
Examples: meetings, consultation time.
Who can benefit from it?
Any employer of an employee with a disability provided that occupational medicine certifies the aggravation of the disability or the evolution of the professional context.
The objective of this aid is to compensate for the additional time needed and to take account of temporary financial difficulties.
Example :
Delays in the delivery of compensation equipment, difficult business resumption, occasional loss of productivity.
How much is it?
The aid is €2,100.
How to benefit from it?
The request for assistance is made only with an advisor of Cap emploi. It tells the contractor what to do.
The aid is cumulative. It is not renewable.

What are the conditions for receiving aid?
An employer wishing to recruit a person with a disability on an apprenticeship contract may receive financial assistance regardless of the size of the company.
The following conditions must be met:
- The apprentice must prepare a diploma or any equivalent professional qualification, any level going up to the master level (Bac +5) maximum, i.e. the level 7 (Master, DEA, DESS, engineering degree) of the national framework of professional certifications.
- The employer must not have previously received assistance in hiring an apprentice with a disability for the same apprentice and for the same certification professional.
What is the amount of aid?
Its maximum amount is €6,000.
The help is proportional the duration of the employment contract.
This aid is cumulative with the other helpers.
How do I ask for help?
The employer has no specific request to make as such.
Simply declare the hiring of an apprentice at the DSN: titleContent.
The employer must forward the apprenticeship contract to his Skills Operator (OPCO) at the latest 6 months after the conclusion of the contract.
According to OPCO, the deposit is made either online via their website or by post.
The OPCO then forwards the apprenticeship contract to the relevant departments of the Ministry responsible for vocational training, which in turn forwards it to the Payment Services Agency (PSA). The employer is then informed of this transmission, which constitutes acceptance.

How is the aid paid?
The payment of the aid is automatic, monthly, before payment of salary.
Thus, the employer receives the aid each month from the date of signature of the apprenticeship contract, depending on the duration of the contract of learning, in the 12-month limit maximum.
Once the registration of the contract and the sending of the Monthly DSN In fact, the employer must report the presence or not of the employee concerned on the SYLAé platform.

In the event of a breach of the contract before its expiry date, the amount of the aid shall be pro-rated, i.e. calculated in proportion to the number of days worked under the apprenticeship contract.

Objective
This aid finances the educational costs of all types of training that enable a person to remain in his or her position. His employment must be threatened because the work situation is no longer adapted to the disability.
This threat can be caused by a change in the work environment or by a worsening of disability.
Who can benefit from it?
Any employer of a disabled person or a disabled self-employed person may benefit from this assistance.
Under what conditions?
It is necessary to provide an attestation from occupational medicine proving that the working environment is no longer adapted to the disability, or that an aggravation of the disability makes it difficult to maintain employment.
How much is it?
Its amount depends on the planned co-financing from the other funders (Opco: titleContentregional inter-branch joint commissions, etc.) and after case-by-case analysis.
It is renewable and can be combined with other aid.
