This exceptional aid is intended to support employers by covering partial activity allowances paid to employees in order to cope with suspensions of activity linked to claims. It is granted to companies of less than 250 employees :

• with a partial activity authorization covering all or part of a period between 20 July and 4 October 2026;
• have suffered a loss, bad weather, or any other exceptional circumstances as a result of a fire;
• being located in an area that has been evacuated or contained.

The amount of aid received by the employer will be equal to the difference between the partial activity allowance paid to the employee and the allowance paid to the employer. This means that the State will reimburse the employer in full the compensation paid to employees for the period from 20 July to 4 October 2026.

This aid concerns certain municipalities in the following departments: Gironde, Landes and Var.
