Companies in the construction and public works sector using non-road diesel fuel may apply for exceptional aid. Following the increase in fuel prices, aid was introduced to reduce the cost of diesel fuel. This grant is in the amount of 20 euro cents per liter of non-road diesel. This must have been invoiced between 1er July and July 31, 2026 included. This aid will remain limited to €4,000 by company.

In order to benefit from it, companies must make a request per form on the website impots.gouv.fr between the 3 and 31 August 2026 included.

Please note

Aid granted in excess of €600 shall be returned if thegross operating surplus for the fiscal year including May 2026 is:

  • positive;
  • and equal to or greater than 98% of that of the previous fiscal year.
