Who is eligible for this aid on fuel prices?

This aid concerns road transport companies established in France and employing less than 1,000 employees.

These companies must have as their main activity the public transport of goods or collective passenger transport or the sanitary transport (excluding taxi).

  • operated for public road transport by the company receiving the aid;
  • in accordance with the requirements of the technical inspection regulations.

Please note

Companies with unpaid tax or social security debts at 31 December 2024 are not eligible for aid.

Unless these debts:

  • have been paid;
  • are covered by a settlement plan;
  • are less than or equal to €1,500.

What is the amount of aid granted?
