A new simulator lists your social obligations according to your company's workforce

Undertake Public Service, in partnership with the General Directorate for Enterprise (DGE), offers you a new simulator to list your social obligations according to your company's current workforce and your hiring forecasts. Only 3 minutes will be needed.

Accessible online, the simulator of social obligations at hiring allows you to list the:

  • obligations that you must fulfill according to the size of your company ;
  • new obligations related to the hiring of new employees.

It is first necessary to communicate the information about the number of your company, namely the number:

  • employees on permanent contracts;
  • employees on fixed-term or intermittent contracts;
  • temporary workers or employees made available;
  • alternating employees;
  • of employees under contract CUI-CIE or CUI-CAE.

A box “Other” (example: employees in payroll) is also available.

After completing this information, your obligations are identified and classified as follows:

It is possible to download these obligations in PDF format and to consult help tools (other simulators, information sheets...).

Finally, this simulator also allows you to anticipate the applicable obligations for future hires. Simply indicate the number of hires envisaged.
