Pro Conso Reminder: new information to declare for professionals

Since March 11, 2026, professionals must report new information on Pro.Reminder.Conso, the Hazardous Product Alerts website. Undertake Public Service explain.

In order to protect consumers, the DGCCRF: titleContent set up the site Conso Reminder which lists recalls of products, food or feed.

It gathers product recalls declared by professionals. This is mandatory under the Consumer Code. It is carried out on the site pro.rappel.conso.gouv.fr.

In order to better assess product recalls, the Order of 20 February 2026 adds new information to be declared for professionals on Pro Conso Reminder :

  • the quantity of products sold;
  • the unit corresponding to the quantity of products sold.

The list of information to be reported is set out inannex to the order of 20 january 2021 on the dematerialized declaration on Pro.Reminder.Conso.

In addition, this text integrates the General Directorate of Risk Prevention among the State services having access to the information of the platform.
